Who creates the reading
InstantPsychic readers are fictional digital characters. A human advisor does not personally receive your message and write the response.
What is processed
The text, audio, or transcript needed for a selected reading is processed by InstantPsychic infrastructure and relevant software providers. Providers may retain requests and responses for up to 30 days. Clearing saved history here does not delete copies still inside that provider period.
What you control
Use a display name, choose what details to share, decide whether to save an optional voice transcript, export saved conversation data, and delete saved conversations and notes. Required payment audit records are retained separately.
What we do not promise
We do not claim total anonymity, zero storage, invulnerability to security incidents, or that infrastructure is accessible only to one person. Those statements would be misleading.
