What private means here
Other customers cannot see your private reading. Human marketplace advisors do not receive your question. Saved history stays scoped to your account and reader, and account controls let you export or delete the conversation data InstantPsychic saves.
Private does not mean that no infrastructure processes data. Software providers process the information needed to create a response and may retain requests and replies for up to 30 days. Deleting InstantPsychic history does not erase copies still within that provider-retention period.
Share less, still get perspective
Use a display name and avoid names, addresses, account numbers, medical records, or other identifying details. A useful reflective question usually needs context and feelings—not a dossier.
No impossible promises
We do not promise invulnerability, zero storage, or single-person infrastructure access. We explain the controls and limits so you can choose what to share.
